Ocean views are stunning; easy beach access is a huge plus. Rooms are dated and need better cleaning. Wi-Fi was decent, but the shower had inconsistent water temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beachfront view from our room was amazing, and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The room felt dated and could use some maintenance, especially the furniture. Great access to the beach, just a few steps away. We appreciated the friendly staff, but the lack of an elevator can be a hassle.

The beachfront view made mornings absolutely delightful while sipping coffee.

Great beachfront view with the soothing sounds of crashing waves. The first-floor room was clean and comfortable after a remodel, but the furniture felt outdated, almost like stepping back in time. A cozy fireplace would have been welcoming if it worked, and the jacuzzi tub was nice for warmth, but the heavy atmosphere and unpleasant smells were hard to ignore. The parking situation was tight, and loading was a hassle. A few simple upgrades could turn a decent stay into a memorable one, but as it stands, it felt lacking in the details.

The ocean view from the room is stunning; truly a highlight. Check-in was seamless, thanks to friendly staff. I appreciated the cleanliness and the cozy gas fireplace, which made the stormy weather feel inviting. The kitchenette was a nice touch, though minimal—bring extra pans if you're planning to bake. On the downside, the furniture shows wear, and the lack of AC can be frustrating in warmer weather. some noise from nearby guests can disrupt the tranquility at night. this place offers great value and comfort, making it a solid choice for a beach getaway. If the management addresses a few maintenance issues, it could be exceptional.

The room was cramped, not the suite we booked, and we had no clean towels for four days. Plus, there was no elevator for our luggage. It was just a frustrating experience all around!

The proximity to the beach was one of the best aspects of my stay, with stunning ocean views just steps away and easy access to the delightful Nelscott Beach, which was only about a minute's walk; additionally, I enjoyed strolling to local eateries like Java Junkie and Foon Hing Yuen Restaurant, both less than a mile away, while the charming Taft Park and the North Lincoln County Historical Museum were only a short walk away too, making it perfect for leisurely weekend exploration and soaking up the sun. The property also offered a clean and comfortable room at a decent price which is always appreciated, but the facilities could use some updating to enhance the overall experience.

Comfortable beds, comfortable atmosphere with a stunning ocean view from the balcony and an easy five-step walk to the beach that truly enhances your stay.
No drawbacks at all.

The room featured a cozy fireplace, enhancing the comfort on cooler nights. The balcony view was fantastic, but the bed was rock hard, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Noise levels varied; I could hear neighbors, and the shower had odd temperature control—either boiling or freezing. Cleanliness stood out, which was appreciated. The big tub was a nice touch, though parking was tight and often required walking from the street. The room had few dishes, and you'd need to fetch extras during office hours. the location was great, being right on the beach, but the room had some maintenance issues that need addressing.

I love the fireplace that turns on with a light switch. So many folks come for a weekend and keep coming back for a lifetime. The best stretch of beach in the whole city!
Who doesn't enjoy elderly-smelling rooms with rude staff and gross furniture? .

The place is right on the beach, and we loved our view of the ocean waves. Balconies are great for hanging out and watching seals and whales play.
It wasn't cheap, but that’s alright considering it was a special trip.

The nearby spacious library and antique collection at Theatre West are engaging for history buffs and art lovers alike. Families can spend quality time at the cozy North Lincoln County Historical Museum, gaining insight into the region's heritage and culture.
In my wife's opinion, adding a secured playground can enhance the family-friendly appeal.

I chose Sandcastle Beachfront for its proximity to 101 Coastal Creations. The pleasant surprise was the free coffee, tea, and books available in the lobby, adding a cozy touch to my stay.
Cold pool, foamy hot tub.

Despite some minor inconveniences, the beach access and view were stunning. The staff was helpful and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. Additionally, the hot tub was impressive, offering a relaxing experience.
The lack of parking spots and dated rooms were a downside. Additionally, the absence of room service and having to fetch additional items during restricted hours was a bit inconvenient.

Beach was right there for those Insta-worthy shots. Weekend shuttle had us party-hopping without worrying about driving. Lobby had board games for those chill vibes after beach time. Theatre and museum visits made us feel like cultured peeps. Totes recommend for a cool vacay!
Just wished there was a rooftop lounge for epic sunset parties with the squad.

The beach access was amazing! Just a few steps and you're right by the ocean, with whales and seals putting on a show. The balconies were perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves. The staff was so accommodating when I switched rooms, and the hot tub was one of the warmest I've experienced in a hotel!
A few things could be improved - the pool could be a bit warmer, and it would be great if there were extended adult hours. Adding a workout room with basic equipment like a treadmill and weights would have made the stay even better.

So, my experience at the Sandcastle was a mix of highs and lows. Let's dive into it! First off, I really loved the beachfront location of the hotel. Waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. Our room had a cozy fireplace and a balcony overlooking the beach, which was a huge plus. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room, making it easy to stay connected. there were a few things that didn't quite meet expectations. The room had a strong bleach smell, and the sheets had rips in them, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was pretty basic, with no heat and a small sink area. Plus, the parking situation was a hassle with limited spots and a full lot. On the upside, the pool was nice and the amenities were great. The staff, though not overly attentive, were friendly. But the beach fires outside the room each evening were a nuisance, forcing us to close the door early.

Our stay at a beachfront motel near Highway 101 was perfect for us as a couple. The clean and spacious rooms, along with the stunning ocean view from the third floor, made our experience truly enjoyable. We loved being able to step out of our room and directly onto the beach. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch, and the strong water pressure in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The motel's recent renovation was evident, and the attention to detail was impressive.
The mattress was too firm for our liking.

My stay at the hotel was unforgettable. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing, enjoying the breathtaking view every morning, and the fantastic WiFi made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. The room was perfect for us, and we got our money's worth, relieving all the stress of the year. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
